The Bremshey RN7 treadmill is a quality running machine for all training levels. It features a powerful 3.0 HP DC motor which provides speeds of up to 12mph and a offers a 0-12% incline. The running deck at 50cm x 148cm is a good size for your workout. There are 22 programmes to choose from including 2 user programmes, 17 preset and 2 HRC programmes to keep you motivated during your workouts. The LCD matrix console with 4 LED display windows provides feedback on a variety of data including calories, speed, distance and pulse.
