The York Perform Home Gym is perfect for getting a full body workout from one impressive piece of strength equipment. Loaded with an impressive 100kg weight stack, this multi gym will challenge you to greater results.

There is a wide lat pull down bar and separate press and pec arms enable you to perform each exercise without even leaving your seat. Besides lat pull downs, the multi gym van be used to perform leg curls, low pulls, pec fly arms (butterflies) and seated bench presses.

The padded seat and back support are very comfortable and easy to clean after use. The weight stack has a translucent covering, which looks good but more importantly offers enhanced safety.
