Fitness Mad Head Block

The Fitness Mad Head Block is used in Pilates to slightly raise the head in reclining postures in order to achieve the correct neck alignment. It can also be used to correct the tilt on the pelvis or for support between the knees.

Made from non-toxic EVA foam, the head block measures 25mm x 150mm x 205mm. This head block is available in a choice of colour: blue, burgundy, grey or purple.
