The TheraBand Professional Latex Resistance Band Elite is ideal for rehabilitation, strengthening and toning. This gold coloured band is made from high quality latex rubber and offers the most resistance of all the TheraBand bands. It can be used as part of an injury rehabilitation programme to help you exercise injured muscles and joints with control.

This 12.5cm wide approx band is also perfect for toning, and strengthening as well as improving flexibility and range of motion. It is extremely versatile and can also be used in a wide range of strengthening exercises. It is lightweight and easy to transport in a handbag or sports bag meaning this resistance band is a good alternative to heavy free weights such as dumbbells.

This gold coloured band is available in a choice of different lengths: 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m cut from a dispenser roll or as a whole 46m roll. The bands come as straight strips but can easily be knotted to form loops. It offers 14.2lb of resistance at 100% elongation.
