Missing item

Ordered the fitness mat which was suppose to come with a carry strap but no carry strap has been included. Unsatisfied purchase

Does the job at a keen price

No-frills mat perfect for general exercise. Medium grip. 10mm makes a good all-rounder and the 7mm would be better for balance but a bit harder on the bones. NBR is a good material that lasts well. Probably better to have something tougher for more dynamic exercises, eg Adidas do an "Exercise" mat which is the same thing with stitched up edges.
