The foam in the mat is super weak and has no density at all. Really very, very disappointing. This element of the product was not clear and IMO a false impression was given in the description of ‘extra thick’. The generic roll-up foam mats would be much better for the price point. What can be seen online, the wipe down cover (with exercises on it) would be useful were it not for the useless foam that provides no padding of any use. It would seem the 2cm thickness includes the cover. The reason I bought this mat was to take away pain from moving about on the floor doing physio exercises. This mat does not help with that. I would not recommend this mat as it provides no cushioning. The cardboard box it was sent in is probably of more use for the intended purpose!
The delivery and packaging from Workout For Less was good and for other products I would recommend Workout For Less.
