Awkward to carry

The mat itself is ok, but the elastic you are supplied with to wrap round it to prevent it unravelling and to carry it, doesn’t stay attached to the rolled up mat when you try to carry it!…so I had to tuck it under my arm..

Does the job at a keen price

No-frills mat perfect for general exercise. Medium grip. 10mm makes a good all-rounder and the 7mm would be better for balance but a bit harder on the bones. NBR is a good material that lasts well. Probably better to have something tougher for more dynamic exercises, eg Adidas do an "Exercise" mat which is the same thing with stitched up edges.
