I set myself the task of doing the 100 push ups for 30 day challenge, but my wrist was really giving me a lot of pain. Iv often seen these for sale and thought they are abit of a gimick but actually they work....really well!
I cannot rate them high enough. They are so comfortable and easy to use. Also pretty easy to store in a suit case for when I'm on holiday.
Oh, also don't be put off by the plastic construction of them. They are made of very good quality plastic. They don't creak or wobble.
