The vest is designed so that you can adjust how heavy it is to suit you own preferences and ability. It has 8 front and 8 rear pockets that each contain 0.6kg of iron sand. These weights can be added or removed so you are able to achieve the exact weight required for your training.
The nylon outer shell is designed for maximum durability whilst the inside has a fully padded lining for greater comfort.
