The easily adjustable magnetic resistance ensures a quiet and smooth action whilst you exercise. There is a built in computer that monitors and displays; body fat, (theoretical) calories used, distance, hand pulse, recovery, RPM, speed and time to allow you to keep track of your progress easily and make your journey all the more satisfying.

There are also body fat and hand pulse sensors. For your comfort, this cross trainer has large anti-slip footplates which allows you to use a good stride length and also means it is suitable for most users.
