It is perfect for boxing and kickboxing as well as general fitness training at home. The ultra-stable base holds 100kg of water for great stability. Alternatively, it can be filled with sand (not included) for extra stability. The boxing punch bag is constructed from dense foam and covered with heavy duty vinyl that will rebound perfectly with every punch. When fully assembled this free standing punch bag and base measures 170cm in height with the punch bag itself measuring 115 x 35cm.
