Reebok Studio Step

The Reebok Studio Step is ideal for introducing variety into your fitness workout so you can perform both basic and more complex exercises. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels and can be used to get a good cardio workout, for plyometric training or for toning lower body muscle. An immensely popular piece of fitness equipment in gyms and studios, the step can be used in conjunction with mat exercises or with hand, wrist or ankle weights to really get the calories burning.

The studio step comes with a non-slip, sweat-resistant ’bubble’ rubber surface, rubber feet and its sturdy design means that you can remain focused on your workout and your positioning.

The height of the Studio Step can be easily adjusted with the click and lock mechanism, giving a platform height of either 15, 20 or 25cm, so you can really mix up your workout for even better results.
