The York B530 heavy duty multi-function barbell bench is a hugely versatile weight bench that boasts five different positions from incline to decline. The positions are easy to change by simply adjusting the bar behind the backrest. The bench offers three seat pad positions which helps prevent you sliding down the bench when working at steeper inclines which is a real pro feature for a home bench. The barbell rack has three height levels and a quality leg curl unit is included which can accommodate standard 1" weight plates. A spring collar is included to ensure a secure fit.

York B530 weight bench.

Good weight bench, item was exactly as described, very sturdy & good value. No parts missing. Easy to put together as one person too.
Only down side is I did not get a dispatch email or estimated delivery date until on the day it was actually being delivered, luckily I work from home so was in, but not an option for many people.

Really sturdy construction, very happy with the build quality. Preacher pad can be ordered separately. Didn't come with parts list, so was difficult when laying the parts out to determine whether I had all the pieces before the build commenced but fortunately everything was present and correct. Don't expect a dispatch email. But delivery was swift and efficient. Overall a great experience ordering from workoutforless

Great kit for the money

Easy to build and good value for the price paid. Loads of functions and exercises from a compact unit. Far better value than a gym membership!
